At Made by Michele, we want you to love your handcrafted jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned unless faulty. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

How to Return

Contact us at [your email] to initiate a return. You'll receive instructions and a return authorization. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us to arrange this.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Australian Consumer Law

Our returns policy doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
